Do the best plugins change monthly?
Not monthly, but depending on how often wordpress updates the platform. Sometimes a plugin that is working on the old platform then becomes redundant on the new one. If the owner of the plugin does not update it on a regular basis this can be a problem. This is easily solved by disabling the plugin until it is fixed.
