Starting Your Own Business....

Using Other People’s Blogs For Their Link Juice

Before reading this make sure you have read the below articles in the order listed. It is very important to get this right.

Once that is done then read on...

Why Use Other People’s Blogs For There Link Juice

Sounds like you may be doing something illegal, but you are not. All you are doing is finding a good blog and adding a piece of content to it. Then adding a link back to your website or blog.

This is basically stealing all the work he’s done to make his blog a great link source. And it’s perfectly legal.

Not every blog allows you the chance of taking their link juice, so you need to know which do and which dont.

We have used 2 forms of software for this task and found both to be excellent at doing what you want. Both are priced roughly the same.

What they will both do is go out there and search for blogs on the exact keyword that you provide. They will then bring them back, again from every platform that you tick and list them.

You can then ask for only the blogs that allow link juice back to your blog from the link that you will place on their page.

This will thin the search down to may be 10 blogs from 50. Make sure when you leave a comment on these blogs that it refers to what they are talking about and not just a one liner.

On some of the blogs the owner will request to read the comments first before allowing it to be left. If this is the case and you have just siad nice blog, you will have lost a chance of a golden link back to your website or blog.

But that doesn’t mean you can’t steal SEO goodness from other people’s blogs…and they’ll probably love you for it. And incidentally, the same goes for Squidoo lenses where you can add your comments.

The strategy is simplicity itself: Find popular blogs in your niche (hint:
they’re the ones that come up on Google when you search), post comments and include a link to your site with your keyword in the link text.

I’ve just told you how much SEO power blogs have. Siphon off a bit of that juice for yourself, without having to do any work to set up or maintain a blog! Don’t post ridiculous junk. Make good comments and give yourself a free link in some helpful context.

Blog owners will love you for this, because it helps their blog grow.
Google will love the blog more, because its content is changing and fresh. And you’ll get a link that helps your site’s rank for the keywords you’re targeting.

Now put all of the web 2.0 pieces together and you can start to build a solid foundation that will grow on a monthly basis. You now have three ways to get high-quality inbound links to any site you want:

  • Set up a Squidoo lens
  • Create a Blogger blog
  • Post to other similar blogs

Those aren’t the only strategies you can use, but they’re all clean, easy, fast and free, and google likes links this way.

The whole idea here is to get good quality links to your websites or blogs, not spammy or two way junk. This will help you to rise through the listings for the keywords you have choosen until you are nicely placed in the search engines. When I say nicely placed I mean on the first page of google for your specific longtail keywords.

Here’s the simple plan for how to maximize your SEO gain from these
sources:

Set up more than one lens…and link them. Squidoo lets you
set up multiple lenses, so do it! Take a look again at the article on Squidoo Lenses for more information. Find lenses of similar information and leave a comment if possible, with a link back to your lense.

Link your blogs to your lenses. Your lens is supposed to be good quality information for your niche. Make sure the links are only one way thoug as you will loose the power by linking both ways.

Always link to your site. If you’ve done the work to create good quality lenses by all means, link them to your site. Place links to different pages on your site. Send visitors to sales pages, pre-sell pages, articles. Make sure the links are well written and the pages you send them to are relevant for the link.

Google improves every month, and is getting rid of junk websites and blogs. Make sure yours is good quality information with good links out to relevant pages that will add weight to the proof that your site is good.
