Getting Traffic To Your Website

Hi..

Heavy statement but a fact. If you do not get any traffic (visitors) to your website you will not make a penny. You will get depressed, and may even quit.

The Internet Guru's out there offer you so much advice and information on how to make money online. What they dont tell you is that it is not easy. They all say its a piece of cake. There are exceptions to the rule and I will give them to you in a later newsletter.

Traffic is your main priority when building your website. No traffic means all of your efforts are in vain.

There are 2 ways of getting Traffic

Paid - Pay Per Click Marketing
Brief and to the point - Get this WRONG and it will cost you your house. Learn how to do it correctly, and it will buy you a villa in Spain, the Maldives or my favourite - Switzerland. I already own a house there...

Organic - SEO or Search Engine Optimized Web Pages
If you follow the correct proceedure and dig out the longtail keywords your articles that you make will get to the top of the rankings for the keywords you have placed in them.

This is organic traffic and is the very best traffic you can get. Its FREE, and will last a lifetime as long as you keep building good quality articles, and other forms of traffic.

Post your articles to 5 or 6 article directories and watch the traffic start to flow. Combine that with Social Bookmarking, Squidoo Lenses and Hubpages.

Do this on a regular basis and you should have a nice steady flow of traffic coming into your website.
