Why Do You Need An Autoresponder?

Simply because without it your business will never get off the ground. There are lots of different autoresponders out there including free ones, but the most widely used are the 4 listed below.

Do not bother with a free autoresponder.

Sometime during your business career you will have to upgrade to a professional paid version, and more than likely they will refuse to carry over your subscribers. This means that if you have a following of 10,000 subscribers to your niche, you could loose them all. Aweber have a double opt-in policy which saves you from the spam merchant. If your old company has not used this policy no one will allow you to carry forward your subscription list..

Without this double opt-in you can quite easily have a spammer hop onto the back of your email system and send thousands of emails from your account. You will only know this has happened when you go to your account next and look at your website, to find that your webhost has shut it down because of a serious spam complaint.

I know - It happened to my company. 7000 emails piggy backed onto my email list and sent out as spam. It took me 3 weeks to clear it up and return to normal... In that time my whole website business was closed until the matter was cleared.

Get a deceont autoresponder from the start and you cannot fail to make a positive start to your business. it is one of the vital things that you need to get started, and one thing that we certainly suffered from when we first started.

Your Autoresponder is your bank. Yes its that simple. The more that sign up for your niche website or blog, the more chance you have of selling them something later in life. It may not be a direct sale, but if they like you and follow your advice they are more likely to believe what you say than others, and may well buy products that you either produce or support.
