Review - Passive Cashflow Secrets by Neil Sheering Neil Sheering has built up a solid business foundation over the years by producing good quality software. He is able to contact the owners of some great software and get very good prices on small bundles of software due to his pulling power. His latest software is Passive Cashflow Secrets Recommended: Our only gripe so far is the $197 that he requests for the personal scripts that he offers that will help you to build quality website's with Google Adsense. This software is offered right at the beginning of the introduction, and flies in the face of everything else that comes after. We have not gone through the whole system yet, so hopefully this offer will not be needed. We have yet to put his theories to test, hopefully this will make up for the costs of these scripts. There is no offer of moneyback should you decide you do NOT want the scripts. Alternative Software - check out PLance Fire it all UP At this point we then bought the software and the download process began. This is the normal smooth process and everything seems okay. The opening page that you are taken to looks a little confusing at first and we had to double take to understand what it all meant. You have a couple of small boxes offering the usual downloads for adobe macromedia player for video and adobe acrobat reader. We do not need either of these as we have acrobat, and have found that the macromedia player does not work on our machine. We use Firefox for the web browser. On opening the first video offered, we are immediately offered the chance to purchase Neil's script that he uses to build his money spinning website's. This to me is a kick in the teeth straight away as it is an immediate sale for more software that is NOT included in the package, but is clearly needed to build an empire like he has. Not only that - when you go to buy this it is a WHOPPING $197 MORE !! and that is with a discount. This is a real turn off before we have even opened the doors and looked what is inside this package that will show you how to produce a passive income that is enough to pay off a mortgage over a year or so. $80+ a day does not sound much, but add it up over a week and a month and its a nice little earner. Do this with 10 website's and you have a very good system running on autopilot. Check out each video to see what each roughly talks about. It says nothing about the way the system works. Talks about Inflation and cash in the bank. Nothing to write home about. Video 3 - See Video 3 HERE Yet another video with Macromedia Fireworks that talks about how you earn when working for someone compaired to a passive income. Again a video that does nothing to get the brain active and show you what you want to know. But it does expalin why passive income is so important and how it works month on month. It talks about creating your own digital products. This is what all Super Affiliates recommend. Shows how you create a product once, and it pays over and over again. The video's are well made, there is no noise in the background, no puffing on a cigarette, or phone's ringing, no dog barking or speech slur. This fact alone is a bonus point. Other super affiliates just produce video's that they cannot be bothered to edit - and they get away with it. In our You Decide section of Super Affiliates we have a prime example of how not to produce a video and sell it for $400. The scripts that Neil sells are his own making and we will be testing them in the very near future. Looking at the website that he has produced for these scripts, there is no reason why you could not produce MANY Niche website's built around this. You would then have genuine white hat website's with top quality articles, that will have the capabilities of adding more articles as time goes on. This is obviously a very good way of being able to move up the google ladder towars the top of the list. We do not recommend building blackhat website's. it sounds good and is easy to complete. but you need to build many, and as fast as you build them, they will be removed. It can be a good form of Income, but if google catches up with you they will remove your google adsense account, and then you have NO form of Income. Also, there is a lot that needs to be done with blackhat website's to stay under the radar. It is just to much aggro to keep this up. Stick to white hat. Small improvements to your website's should help to improv your rankings, and there is no reason why you cannot get to the very top with a little effort on your behalf. There are some video's that are very basic, and the first 2 explain how passive income works. If like me you just want to get on with it, these are very boring video's and will not stir the imagination. However they are worth listening to as they explain how passive income works compaired to money in the bank. Is it worth its money? - At £67 it is cheap compaired to what other marketers are charging these days, and getting away with. Some now ask for $400+ for the same style of product. The scripts are currently offered to those who buy this set of video's The price is $197, which is a saving of $102 so they will eventually hit the market at $299. This is good for you as it means that there will be very few buyers at the full price. I have no idea how long it will stay at this price as scripts can be vastly reduced and even offered for free by owners when they are trying to push other people's products. Follwoing Neil's advice there is no reason why you should not be able to produce good quality website's and a full on recurring passive income within a short space of time. There are other products that offer very good value for money, and we have them listed in our top 20, but this is current advice and is fresh on the market with the latest information It would be interesting to see if there are any updates on the script, and if you can change the format of the template. Also if you can remove articles that get into the wrong section, as this is all done on autopilot I am not sure if it is possible.
